First Day Back
OK so today I went back to weight watchers I was so very sure I had gained in the last month and a half since being there. Well I was surprised I lost .2lbs ok thats not even a half a pound but being that at the beginning of the week I had weighed atleast 10lbs more than that I was happy because I knew I had lost 10lbs. So anyways that was a good thing so after weighing in I went out to the car sucked down my grande black coffee from starbucks and well yes I will admit it I ate a pumpkin scone it just sounded good and let me tell you it was and I figured today would be my only “cheat” day of the week. SO I went back into the meeting and well sat through it I have to admit I really like the weight watcher leader she’s awesome and she makes it fun and just really I don’t know how to describe it but she definately makes you feel good about things. Well they are starting a whole new program I am still not 100% sure how its different but I guess I will just do what I have done in the past. The one thing that made me so happy that I understood right away is that now we can count our coffee as our daily water intake. Which I still don’t understand how being that coffee actually dehydrates you but whatever I won’t question it I am happy about that. So now I really have to figure out a excercise that I can stick to I am thinking once I lose 10 more pounds I am going to get the wii fit and I will use that as my work out. Otherwise I am going to go back onto the treadmill although I hate it I need to do something so I think I should start that not this week because I have to be at work a hour and a half earlier but next week no ifs ands or buts I am going to get my ass up there and on that treadmill I can’t wait to be back in the 200’s I was there when I was in high school so thats cool and exciting. I can do it ahhh maybe by my birthday? hmmm anyways any tips or comments are greatly appreciated and any questions about weight watchers I might be able to answer or atleast find you a answer…
